A good teacher is like a candle;
It consumes itself to light the way for others

TEACHERS

Our teachers at John Paul School are very precious to us.  Without them we would not have a school.  We’ve been very blessed to have 13 very skilled and dedicated teachers on our staff; some have been with us since the beginning.  Like the students, the teachers must walk a long distance each day to get to work.  To show our appreciation, a few donors contributed to a bicycle fund.  We purchased 13 new bikes in November, 2010 and presented one to each teacher to be used as long as they are employed by John Paul School.  It was a very welcomed “perk” and makes their journey to and from work a little easier.

As I said earlier, we are very proud of our students and teachers.  And to that point, I’d like to mention that last year (2010) the top student from the entire Pallisa School District came from John Paul Secondary School.  I think that speaks volumes about our teaching staff!  Congratulations to all!
