JPSS – UCE District Giants!

We are excited to share some fantastic news!  Our S-4 students have again excelled in their UCE exams, showcasing their hard work and dedication.  Of the 133 students who took the test, 132 achieved Division One which means they qualify to move on to A-level education.  This remarkable achievement fills us with pride and calls for a celebration, as it honors our students and elevates our school.

JPSS is ranked as the #1 school in the Pallisa school district for the third consecutive year—a remarkable feat we all share.  See our students celebrate with a parade through Pallisa in the video above. Even more impressive, JPSS was ranked in Uganda’s top 15% of secondary schools.  We could not be more proud of our students and our school

Our top student, Webombesa Jona Abel, scored 7 A’s and 2 B’s.  An A is considered Exceptional and a B is considered Outstanding.  We are very proud to say that Jona is a local student who is being sponsored under the Hungerford Scholarship program.

The exams were challenging, lasting several days with long sessions each day.  We commend the teachers for preparing them well for these exams, and we are grateful for their dedication to our students.  We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the parents for their unwavering support and encouragement during this crucial time. Congratulations to the whole JPSS community!
